Chickpea Patties
Ingredients:
- 1 cup diced carrots
- ½ cup chopped yellow peppers
- 1 clove garlic
- 1kg cooked chickpeas
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. tahini
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley
- 4 tbsp. corn flour
- 2 tbsp. potato starch
Step by step:
- In a food processor add all ingredients gradually. When you reach smooth consistency, add fresh parsley.
- Pre-heat oven to 200 °C
- Form patties in your desire size.
- Put silicon baking sheet on baking tray and place formed patties.
- Bake it for 10 minutes
- Heat up a pan and add 2 tbsp. oil. Fry patties until golden colour.
- Serve it in a bun or plate with potato puree and fresh salad.
