Grill plate
Ingredients:
- 1 red onion
- 1 zucchini
- 1 egg plant
- 3 peppers (red, green, yellow)
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 0,5 kg young potatoes
- extra virgin olive oil
- Himalayan salt
- black pepper
Step by step:
Prepare the vegetables as follow:
Step 1:
1 red onion: peel and cut in half
1 zucchini: wash, dry and cut lengthwise into 3 to 4 pieces depending on its size
1 egg plant: wash, dry and cut lengthwise into 3 to 4 pieces depending on its size
3 peppers (red, green, yellow): Blanch all three peppers (place them into a hot water for approx. 1 minute, and then move them into iced water for approx.1 min. Dry them with the towel, deseed and cut each pepper into half or 4 equal pieces depending on their size.
6 cherry tomatoes: wash and dry
0,5 kg young potatoes: cook or steam them with the skin until half cooked, remove from water, let it cool and cut each potato in half
Step 2:
Brush all the vegetables with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. The potatoes will need a bit more salt.
Step 3:
It takes up to 6 minutes in 200°C to grill the vegetables in a gas grill. Pay close attention to the vegetables as the grilling time will depend on the grill you use.
Step 4.
Serve the grilled vegetables with:
