Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams natural tofu
  • 100 grams sour soy cream
  • 4-5 radishes
  • 1-2 bunches fresh chives
  • salt
  • black pepper

Step by step:

In a bowl:

  1. Crumble the tofu
  2. Add sour soy cream, salt and black pepper to your liking
  3. Mix it well
  4. Add radishes and chives – cut into small pieces
  5. Add salt and pepper if needed
  6. Mix it well and refrigerate it for min 3 hours for best flavor

Eat with gluten free bread/toast.
