Autumn Cookery Workshop: Vegan & Gluten-Free for All

It is a vegan cookery workshop for everybody (vegans and non vegans) who would like to adapt their menu into the Autumn season.
Beginning of Autumn might be harsh at first. Days are cooler and shorter, we put full shoes and long sleeves. Our body craves more of warm and filling food rather than light soups and deserts.
This workshop is all about using seasonal ingredients and turning them into delicious meals through easy recipes. Apart from cooking it is a great occasion to meet new friends and network.

Here is what you will learn and get during the workshop:
1. Pumpkin cream soup
2. Soy meat à la duck with perfect potato puree
3. Seed burgers
4. Apple cake
5. How to use gluten-free flours to bind cakes and burgers
6. Kicthen techniques and cooking tips
7. List of products and shops where to buy them

As a bonus you will receive Veggie Burger Formula so you can freely make any delicious burger without a recipe.

This 3 hours class will be a mixture of demonstration and hands on cooking with lots of tips, talking and tasting. The workshop is done in small groups, and is led by an experienced chef tutor who can answer all of your quick cooking questions.The workshop will end with a common dinner so you can taste all of the dishes we will have made, served with soft drinks. You will receive a folder of all of the recipes made so you can recreate them at home.
