Course Details

In this course you will learn how to replace eggs and its taste in classical “egg” paste and mayonnaise.
How to replace gluten in baking bread and traditional Easter bundt cake.
After this course you will be able to prepare Ester breakfast, lunch and dessert!

During the workshop you will create:

Easter breakfast:
French salad with vegan mayonnaise
Bread spreads: “Egg” paste & vegan butter
Tabbouleh salad
GF bread

Easter lunch:
Soup:  Miso Soup
Main course: Soy meat à la duck with perfect potato puree

Easter dessert:
GF bundt cake

This class will be a mixture of a fun community experience from cooking to tasting while having an experienced chef tutor who ensures quality results. During the workshop, we will form small groups, and Chef Kamila will give you a bunch of practical cooking tips and answer all your quick questions. At the end of this workshop, we will taste together what we have cooked, served with soft drinks. You will receive a folder full of the recipes from the workshop, so you can cook them at home again.
