Workout Vegan Burger

Serves: 14 burgers

Ingredients:

520 gr cooked white small beans (Cooked with fresh rozmaring.)
370 gr  fresh, brown portobello mushrooms
100 gr dry soy slices (Cook it in a salty water. Watch how to cook soy slices here:  )
6 tbsp. soy flour or corn flour
2 tbsp. potato starch
2 tbsp. olive oil

Spicing:
1 tbsp. marjoram powder
1 tbsp. red paprika powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
2 tbsp. hot ketchup
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Step by step:

  1. Run all ingredients through mincer or juicer with special ending.
  2. In a bowl with minced ingredients, add spices and oil. Mix it well.
  3. Refrigerate it for an hour.
  4. Add flour and starch and mix it well.
  5. Form burgers in your desired size.
  6. Place them on a silicon mat.
  7. Bake it in a preheated oven to 200 °C (with air circulation), for 20 minutes. 15 minutes on one side, and remaining 5 minutes on the other side.
  8. You can also grill it.

Note: You can warm these burgers up on the pan, in the oven or in a steamer.
