No Bake Energy Balls
Today I want to share with you a recipe for No Bake Energy Balls Just In 5 Minutes. They are nutritious and simply devine. They sustain the energy and satisfy the hunger.
- Have them before or after workout.
- Include them in your kids lunch box.
- Grab one or two during hiking.
- Eat them at work when you feel low on energy or being hungry.
- Store them in the fridge in air tight box so you always have a good snack on hand.
Serves: 20 balls
PREP Time: 5 minutes
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 110 grams (1 cup) coconut shred
- 130 grams (1 cup) ground almonds
- 90 grams (1/2 cup) dates
- 15 grams (2 tbsp.) carob
- 60 grams (1/4 cup) raisins
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) agave syrup
- pinch of salt
- juice of half lemon
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) cold water
Step by step:
- Add all ingredients into the food processor (except water) and mix until well combined.
- Add water and mix again. Ingredients should form sticky consistency that will allow you to form balls.
- In your hands, form balls in a desired size.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge, in air tight container for up to 5 days.
