Hazelnut Kale Salad

Kale is rich in vitamins C and K. It is called “One of the greatest anticarcinogenic vegetables known to mankind” by National Cancer Institute. Many do not like it due to its hardness. But there is a way to soften it and give a really nice taste to it. Have a look at my recipe for Hazelnut Kale Salad and watch the video to find out how.

Difficulty: easy 

Ingredients:

200 grams fresh kale
Around 12 cherry tomatoes
4 shallots (white and green parts)
2 avocados
Few sun dried tomatoes in oil
Huzelnut oil
Salt
Black pepper

Step by step:

1. Wash the kale salad, remove stems and squeeze out the water and massage the leafs between your hands until they become soft.
2. Cut all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
3. Put the salad and veggies into the bowl salad.
4. Add salt and pepper to your liking and drizzle it with hazelnut oil.
