Ingredients:
- ½ cup vegan mayonaise
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin rapeseed
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp. caper, chopped
- 1 tsp. horseradish paste
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp himalayan salt
- 1 ½ tbsp of agave syrup
Step by step:
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix it well.
- To reach best flavour refrigerate it for 1h.
- Store it in in the fridge for up to 5 days.
