Caper Aioli sauce

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup vegan mayonaise
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin rapeseed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp. caper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. horseradish paste
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp himalayan salt
  • 1 ½ tbsp of agave syrup

Step by step:

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix it well.
  2. To reach best flavour refrigerate it for 1h.
  3. Store it in in the fridge for up to 5 days.
