We start with a free consultation to get to know each other and discuss your needs and challenges. If you feel that coaching is right for you, we take an in-depth assessment of your health concerns and goals. Based on this assessment, I create a plan tailored to your needs and help you apply it step by step.

My food coaching service is a partnership between you and me. My role is to deliver a 100% tailored-to-your-needs dietary plan, expert coaching service, support, guidance and resources in order to help you be your best self, form beneficial habits and reach the healthy lifestyle you deserve.
I strictly follow the plant-based nutritional therapy principles supported by the latest research. As a former vegan chef, I have a vast amount of experience developing recipes and creating meal plans that are ideal to improve your overall well-being and reach your health goals.
I am the only certified Food for Life instructor by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine in Central and Eastern Europe. I am a certified PRO Plant-Based Chef and I also have a plant-based nutrition certification at T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
I am highly committed to spreading the benefits of a whole food plant-based lifestyle based on the Food for Life program, as well as on my own and my clients’ experience.
