„Love for cooking starts with a sharp knife” /ChefKamila
If you have a dull knife, and you do not know how to properly use it you will not enjoy yourself in the kitchen. Properly sharpen knife and the knowledge on how to use it will not only cut your time spend in the kitchen by half but also will help you to enjoy it.
In this basic course you will learn:
– How to properly use Chef’s knife
– How to hone and sharpen a knife
– Types of knife cuts and how they influence the final dish
– Culinary vocabulary so we speak the same language
This course is 20% theory and 80% practice, as I believe that experience is the best school.
We will start this course with a cup of tea and a short introduction into a plant-based lifestyle.
