Tzatziki – in just 5 min
Serves: 1 bowl
Ingredients:
- 100 grams natural tofu
- ¼ (60 ml) cup soy milk
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ green cucumber/ 180 grams – shredded
- 1 clove garlic – minced
- ½ onion – finely chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsp. dill
Step by step:
- In a food processor or blender mix all ingredients, except the cucumber.
- Shred cucumber into big pieces, and add it to a tofu cream.
- Let it chill in a fridge for min3 hours.
