Tzatziki –  in just 5 min

Serves: 1 bowl

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams natural tofu
  • ¼ (60 ml) cup soy milk
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ green cucumber/ 180 grams – shredded
  • 1 clove garlic – minced
  • ½ onion – finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. dill

Step by step:

  1. In a food processor or blender mix all ingredients, except the cucumber.
  2. Shred cucumber into big pieces, and add it to a tofu cream.
  3. Let it chill in a fridge for min3 hours.
