Cottage Cheese Salad
Ingredients:
- 100 grams natural tofu
- 100 grams sour soy cream
- 4-5 radishes
- 1-2 bunches fresh chives
- salt
- black pepper
Step by step:
In a bowl:
- Crumble the tofu
- Add sour soy cream, salt and black pepper to your liking
- Mix it well
- Add radishes and chives – cut into small pieces
- Add salt and pepper if needed
- Mix it well and refrigerate it for min 3 hours for best flavor
Eat with gluten free bread/toast.
