In this course you will apply theory into practice and learn:
Submersion cooking methods: poaching, simmering and boiling.
How to steam vegetables and boost them with flavor.
The difference between blanching and parboiling.
Dry-heat cooking methods: how to sweat & how to sauté. Both techniques are critical in developing flavor in a dish.
How each technique affects food & supports your everyday healthy eating.
How to finish simple plant-based ingredients into flavorful side or main dish.
After this course you will be able to:
