Course Details

Based on my professional plant-based culinary experience I speak, cook & share with you practical knowledge on how to cook once & feed yourself well for a week.

During 3 hours workshop you will learn how to:

  • Eat well for a week with only 90 minutes of active preparation per week.

  • Shop once a week without leaving home.

  • Reduce the amount of dishes and time spend in the kitchen to minimum.

  • Buy, prepare and store fresh ingredients for the week & keep them fresh!

  • Turn the same, inexpensive and healthy ingredients into 9 different meals that takes less than 10 minutes to make.

  • Use six types of meals where each is a concept and can be used with any ingredients that suits you the best and set you free from recipes.

Thanks to this workshop you will:
