Kiwi smoothie POWER

Difficulty: super simple

Ingredients:

1 kiwi
1 tsp. pea protein powder
120 grams fresh pineapple
240 ml coconut water or plain water
½ avocado
Juice of ½ lime
1 handful of spinach

Step by step:

  1. Peel the fruits and cut into smaller pieces.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
  3. It keeps well in a fridge for a day.
