It is a vegan cookery workshop for everybody (vegans and non vegans) who would like to save the time during the week on cooking and still eat something delicious!
Making Polish dumplings are for those who want to put the mobile phones aside, relax over learning the secrets of Polish traditional food from Vegan Polish Chef.
You will feel taken care of during the workshop, you will go home with the knowledge that will help you to make amazing Pierogi at home and wow your family and guests with new culinary knowledge. Pierogi are great example of batch cooking because once you make a big batch of it you can just freeze them and use for a quick lunch or dinner when you are back from work and are too tired to cook! Just imagine that you come back from work, you take out the dumplings from the freezer, boil them for less than 5 minutes and you enjoy your delicious dinner. Making Polish Dumplings can be very meditative, which helps people to reduce the stress and empty their “monkey mind” or be very social and fun activity that just recharge them and boost with positive energy.
After “hard” work of making the dumplings we will reward ourselves by eating them all and as my participants usually say “you will roll home because you will be too full to walk” ;))

Sweet dumplings with variety of fruits
Three different types of dumpling’s dough
Cooking and kitchen techniques
This half day class will be a mixture of demonstration and mainly hands on cooking with lots of tips, talking and tasting. The workshop is done in small groups, and is led by an experienced chef tutor who can answer all of your quick cooking questions.We will share the dumplings so you can taste all of the dishes we will have made, served with soft drinks. You will receive a folder of all of the recipes made so you can recreate them at home.
